ThinkBo – My way of coaching

Coaching is more than just a process—it’s a journey that empowers individuals to think critically and shape how they approach challenges. With my unique “ThinkBo” coaching approach, we’ll navigate together through your obstacles, uncovering your personal path and direction.

The term “Bo” carries a deep, personal significance for me. It’s a thread woven through my life—from my maiden name to my husband’s surname, it has always been present. But “Bo” also carries a deeper meaning. In Scandinavian culture, it translates to “live,” symbolizing existence and the essence of life itself. In Mandarin, “Bo” means “wave,” which resonates with the natural rhythm of life: the ebb and flow, the ups and downs. This duality speaks to the very core of how I approach coaching—helping you live in harmony with life’s unpredictable waves, embracing the fluctuations and learning to navigate through them with grace and strength.

“Bo staff” as a metaphor

At times, we all need a guiding hand or a tool to help us navigate the challenging “downs” of life—to recognize the subtle signs of an impending wave before it crashes over us. For me, the “Bo staff” serves as a powerful metaphor for the tool I’ve discovered to flow through a fast-paced, demanding life. It’s become my personal guide for managing energy and finding balance amidst the chaos.

The Bo staff isn’t just a physical object; it embodies a deeper significance. Known for its versatility, the Bo staff symbolizes the ability to adapt to any situation, offering flexibility in moments of change and challenge. As an extension of the body, it teaches the importance of precision, control, and agility. It’s about Versatility in Motion—flowing with life’s rhythm, mastering balance, and harnessing the strength to move through it with confidence and grace.
